Returns & Exchanges — SABLE

At SABLE, we design pieces with intention, care, and longevity.
For that reason, we encourage thoughtful purchases and mindful returns.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions.

Important note on ITBIS

Please note that ITBIS (sales tax) is non-refundable.
In the case of a return, the refunded amount will exclude the ITBIS paid at purchase, in accordance with local tax regulations.

Damages or issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized pieces

If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

To ensure availability and faster service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (excluding ITBIS).
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.
